After many years with Lohmann company, the time has come for you to say goodbye and embark on your well-deserved retirement.
You have shaped our company over many years in your role as Production Manager. Through your knowledge, experience, and dedication, you played a vital role in ensuring our production operations ran smoothly and continued to evolve.
Naturally, there were stressful times, challenges, and situations where things didn't go exactly according to plan. Yet, that is simply part of a long career - or, as Wilfried Stockmann might have put it, "the spice of life." It is lovely to look back together today and cherish the many good moments.
After 15 years of service with Lohmann company, you are now retiring from your active working life. Your work here was incredibly varied. Having started out as a lathe operator and tractor driver in Kyrgyzstan, you built a new future for yourself here in Germany. You integrated fully after settling in the country, showing great zeal in both your language skills and your professional duties, while successfully building a new home for yourself here.
We want to say thank you, dear Sergej: for your valuable work, your loyalty, your support, and the many years you spent as part of our team.
A new chapter of life now begins - offering more time for family, friends, hobbies, travel and the things that sometimes fell by the wayside during your working years.
We wish you all the very best for this new phase of life, along with good health, happiness, contentment, and abundant joy.
