Sometimes, professional success begins with the courage to start over completely different. Three of our participants in a vocational retraining program took exactly that step, and with great success: they passed their final exams in Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management, Office Management and Industrial Business Management.
We were able to support them on this journey together with our educational partner, the DAA (Deutsche Angestellten-Akademie). Through dedication, motivation and perseverance, they mastered their retraining and have become valuable members of our team.
We are especially pleased that we were able to hire all three of them following their successful completion of the program. For us, this is the ultimate confirmation of a successful collaboration: offering people career prospects and welcoming them into our company for long term.
